A two-day soft skills training program was organized at the college for second-year students of BCom (FTC) and BA (Animation and Graphics Design). The BCom training took place on the 1st and 2nd of August 2024, while the BA session followed on the 4th and 5th of August. The program, held at the seminar hall on campus, was coordinated by Ms. Aleesha Alphonso George, the counsellor and placement officer, who introduced the sessions and welcomed the resource persons. Psychologists Mr. Mathew Chacko and Mr. Sanju T. Kurian led the training with interactive sessions focused on enhancing key skills such as self-confidence, integrity, self-discipline, and diligence. Participants engaged in various activities, including puzzles, group discussions, and teamwork exercises, designed to foster qualities like kindness, gratitude, and personal growth. The program aimed to equip students with essential life skills to enhance their overall personality and career readiness.
