Soft-Skill Training

Students are prepared to excel in a professional setting through comprehensive soft skills training.

In the first year, the training emphasizes communication skills and interpersonal relationships. Students develop presentation skills and gain confidence in addressing audiences.

In the second year, the focus shifts to instilling institutional values such as respect, honesty, social responsibility, integrity, dependability, creativity, empathy and teamwork. These values are intended to be practiced both in personal and professional contexts.

In the third year, industry experts engage with students to provide insights into the latest trends, industrial standards, and expectations. Students learn to create CVs with portfolios and undergo mock interviews, preparing them to tackle the challenges of the industry effectively.

In their final year, students are equipped with skills that complement their final projects and research.
