SJCC celebrated World Music Day with great enthusiasm by organizing a vibrant open mic session in the college courtyard on the evening of June 20. The event was hosted by the Music Club of the college, bringing together students and faculty in a shared celebration of music. The programme was formally inaugurated by the Principal, Rev. Dr. Mathew Muriankary, who addressed the gathering and emphasized the universal language of music and its ability to foster unity and expression within the academic community.Under the guidance of faculty coordinator Mr. Amrith S, the Open Mic session witnessed active participation from both students and staff, many of whom showcase their musical talents. The courtyard echoed with soulful melodies and energetic performances, reflecting the diverse musical interests within the campus.
