St. Joseph College of Communication celebrated Gandhi Jayanti on October 2, 2024, with a series of meaningful events honouring the life and legacy of Mahatma Gandhi. A highlight of the celebration was the unveiling of a newly installed Gandhi statue in the college garden, symbolizing peace and non-violence, led by esteemed guest Adv. Job Michael, MLA. This new addition to the campus serves as a reminder of Gandhi’s values for future generations of students. In tribute to Gandhi’s commitment to cleanliness and social responsibility, the NSS unit organized a campus-wide cleanup drive, engaging students and staff in beautifying the college premises. This celebration of Gandhi Jayanti fostered a sense of unity and encouraged the college community to uphold the principles of service, humility, and respect for the environment.
