On August 13, 2024, the Media Studies Department of St. Joseph College of Communication organized a one-day workshop on Television News Reporting for final-year BA Multimedia students. The session was led by Reshmi Thomas, a seasoned journalist at Manorama News TV, who boasts over 14 years of experience in the industry. It featured interactive sessions on key topics such as profile creation, vocabulary building, and effective communication strategies. Reshmi Thomas, who is also an alumna of the college, shared her professional journey and personal memories of her time at SJCC, inspiring the students to reflect on their own aspirations.
