The college inaugurated its Yoga Club on International Yoga Day. The event was co-organized by the college’s NSS unit and Yoga Club. The day focused on promoting wellness and mindfulness through yoga. Mr. Ramesh Pillai, a Level 3 certified yoga teacher, led the session with expertise and enthusiasm. He gave a lecture on the history and significance of yoga, highlighting its ancient roots and modern relevance. He also demonstrated basic yoga exercises, including Pranayama. Dr Joseph Parackal inaugurated the event with a speech on the importance of yoga for holistic well-being. Mr. Madhuraj M, the Yoga Club Coordinator, warmly welcomed everyone and encouraged participation. The program was an enriching experience, promoting health, mindfulness, and community spirit.
