ACADEMIC YEAR INAUGURATION DEPARTMENTS OF ANIMATION, DESIGN 2022-23

St Joseph College of Communication Departments of Animation and Design academic inauguration commenced on 22 June 2022, Wednesday. The programme started with the prayer song by students of the department. The welcome speech was conveyed by Mr.Jean Sebastian, HOD Department of design. The presidential address was delivered by Rev.Dr.Joseph Parackal , Principal of St Joseph College of Communication. The chief guest was introduced by Mr.Thomas Joseph,Vice Principal of SJCC. The event was graced by the presence of Professor. Tensing Joseph who is the director of Raja Ravivarma Centre of Excellence for Visual Arts. The inaugural ceremony was then declared open with the lighting of lamp done by the Chief Guest of the day- Prof.Tensing Joseph, Rev.Dr.Joseph Parackal, Mr.Jean Sebastian and Mr.Thomas Joseph. A souvenir of gratitude was presented to the Chief Guest by Mr.George John, HOD Department of Animation. It was followed by an interactive speech by the Chief guest. He spoke with immense love towards his field and enlightened the students about various topics. He also shared his experiences and guided with his inspirational words. The most alluring part of the whole programme was the beautiful cultural performances from students of the department. Ms Elizabeth George delivered the vote of thanks, thanking everyone who had supported and made time for the special event.
