St Joseph College of Communication stood 12th position in the MG University Youth Festival Article 14 with 30 points. Our students participated in many events. The group events include Thiruvathira, Oppana, Margamkali and Daff Mutt. The students bagged prizes in various events. Our MA student Amalu Sreerang bagged first prize in four events namely Bharatanatyam, Kerala Nadanam, Mohiniaattam and Folk Dance, she also bagged third prize in stringed instrument (eastern). Suryagayatri if BA AGD S6 secured third prize in spot painting competition. Our students also received A grade in many events. The A grade holders are, Sooryagayatri BA VA S4 for Kavithaparayanam, Vishnu SD ADE S6 for percussion instrument (eastern), Nevin C Delson ADE S2 for light music (male), Vineeth M Jude for light music (female).
