Yoga is the journey of the self through the self to the self. One cannot control what goes on outside, but can always control what goes on inside.
To keep the young minds at peace and to facilitate the recognition and realization of the self the college maintains the Yoga Club. The club conducts regular yoga classes for students and teachers for their spiritual rejuvenation and inspired living. A core group of students work with enthusiasm to work for the development and spread of yoga and its benefits. The college also promotes short films in association with MVTV to highlight the importance of Yoga.
