Dr Joseph Parackal is a catholic priest who is serving as the principal of St Joseph College of Communication since 2016. He obtained his PhD in Social communication from Holy Cross University, Rome in 2012 which is recognized by Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala.
His research focuses on relational, ethical and anthropological aspects of Public Relations. He has published research articles in National and International Journals. He is now serving as the visiting faculty in various institutions like PaurastyaVidyapitham, Vadavathoor, Pontifical Institute of Theology and Philosophy Alwaye and Danahalaya Institute of Formation and Counselling, Punnapra. In addition, he published a book entitled "Public Relations as Persons in Relation" in 2016. His overseas experience includes 9 years in Italy and Germany.
